1. Parties

These terms are between 7Stockapp OÜ (Estonia, registry code 16976938) and you, the person using NoirShield. Installing the app means you accept them.

2. What the service is

NoirShield is a network utility offering encrypted DNS, on-device domain blocking and connection diagnostics. It is not a conventional VPN service: it does not route your traffic through a remote server, does not change your IP address and is not intended for circumventing geographic restrictions.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to:

• carry out activity that breaks applicable law
• gain unauthorised access to, or damage, anyone else's systems
• place abusive load on the public DNS resolvers the app uses
• reverse engineer, modify and redistribute the app

4. Blocklists

The bundled blocklists are compiled by third parties and redistributed under licences permitting commercial use (CC0, MIT). Sources and licences are listed in the app's "Sources & licences" screen. Lists may be wrong or incomplete, and no guarantee is given that any particular domain will or will not be blocked. If you import a list of your own, its content and provenance are your responsibility.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run without interruption, succeed on every network, or block any specific threat. NoirShield is not an antivirus product and should not be relied on as a sole security measure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from use of the app. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Third-party services

Depending on your choice, the app uses independent public DNS resolvers. The organisations operating those services are responsible for their availability, performance and data practices.

8. Pricing

Every feature in NoirShield 1.0.0 is free. If paid features are introduced later, pricing and terms will be disclosed clearly in advance, and existing features will not be made paid retroactively.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
